KS Property Rentals manages more than 1,200 residential properties. In an industry that can often be resistant to adopting new technology, Company Director Simon Smith looked to Imfuna to help streamline processes.

Prior to using Imfuna Let, KS Property Rentals scanned and retyped hand-written documentation to create electronic condition reports at a landlord’s request.
