MOBILE

What if I do not have network connectivity at a property inspection while I'm using the app?

Not a problem. Consider putting your mobile device in airplane mode to conserve battery life. When you get to a hotspot go off airplane mode for your inspection to sync with the web.

Is there a limit to the number of photos, rooms, or items I can add to an inspection?

No! We want you to collect as much data as you need. You can take as many photos and add as many rooms and items as you like.

Is there a limit on the number of properties I can inspect in any given day, week, month?

No! You can inspect as many properties as you like.

What devices can I use Imfuna on?

You can use Imfuna on any Apple or Android device.

I'm buying new phones/devices for myself/my staff - what is the best device to use Imfuna on?

Imfuna works the same on any Apple or Android device, it's entirely up to you. For Android, we recommend a standard 2.2 or higher Android device with a camera and a minimum of 16gb of memory. We have compiled a photo comparison of some of the most popular devices here.

How much data is needed to send an inspection? Will my phone data plan cope?

This depends on how much data and how many photos you are trying to send. Imfuna sends your inspection data while you work, as long as the app is open. If you don't want to use your phone's data plan to send your Imfuna data while in the field, simply switch your phone to airplane mode while you work. When you have closed the app, it will not send any data until you are back in the office/in a wi-fi zone, when you can simply open the app again to send your work to the web.

WEB TRANSCRIPTIONS

Why can't I see my transcriptions?

As we use human beings to transcribe your dictations, not software, it can take between 20 mins and six hours for your transcriptions to be completed. We will send you an email notifying you when they're done.

Why aren't my transcriptions correct?

Imfuna uses human typists to transcribe your dictations, but they can only do so much! Make sure that your dictations are spoken clearly - if you speak quickly, consider slowing down slightly when recording dictations. Also consider spelling out uncommon brand names - or send them to us to add to our typists' glossary of terms. We have outlined dictation best practices.

REPORTS

Can I edit my data after I've created a report?

Absolutely. If you have any amends received from the tenant or landlord, or even simply noticed a spelling mistake in your report PDF, you can edit your data, and create a new report. Imfuna will save both versions of this report for you to refer back to in the future. Now simply re-download your PDF!

Can I add other photos to my inspection, such as the stock marketing front-view shot of my property?

Yes - you can simply 'attach a photo' to any item in your inspection data, and it will then behave just like any other photo collected using the Imfuna app in the filed - although, of course, it will not contain any of the Imfuna secure meta-data, date, time and location stamps.

Subscription

What specifics should I expect when purchasing a Subscription?
  • Imfuna reserves the right to alter the subscription system policy at any time.
  • Your inspection and dictation minutes/auto-transcription bundle are a monthly purchase with an additional 30-day grace period; then they expire.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew monthly; you can change your levels as your business needs change; changes apply to your current billing month, and can additionally be applied to all following renewal periods.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Any purchased inspections and minutes will expire in the normal time period.
  • If you choose to downgrade your subscription mid-month, your Imfuna account will be credited with the amount remaining. These credits will be used in your next purchase or renewal. In this manner, your subscription usage is flexible and clear.
    • Downgrade your subscription by adding a minus (-) sign to your inspections or minutes edit. For example, if you want to reduce your monthly minutes by 10, enter “-10” in the edit subscription minutes field. Similarly, if you want to increase your monthly minutes by 10, enter “10” in the edit subscription minutes field.
  • When adding additional inspections or minutes to your account for a single month only, you will be charged at the rate of the original bulk discount bracket purchase. For example, if you initially purchased 15 inspections at £4.00/inspection, all additional inspections, regardless of bulk, will be charged at the same rate. However, if you are adjusting your usage for the current month and all billing months going forward, your purchase will be adjust to reflect your new bulk discount bracket.
  • To accommodate amends or changes to inspection data, you can edit your inspection data for 45-days after the inspection is created; after 45-days a new report fee is charged.
  • Bulk discounts for Inspections occur at the following quantities:
    • 10, 20 50, 100, 250, 500, 750 and 1000
  • Bulk discounts for Dictation Minutes/auto-transcription occur at the following quantities:
    • 1250 and 2500

Coupons

I have received a coupon to use on the Imfuna system. What should I know about coupons on the Imfuna subscription platform?
  • Imfuna reserves the right to alter the subscription system policy at any time.
  • Only one active promo code for Inspections and only one active coupon for Dictation Minutes/auto-transcription can be used at any one time; coupon cannot be stacked.
  • Trial promo codes: only one free coupon for Inspections and only one free coupon for Dictation Minutes/auto-transcription are issued prior to purchasing your first subscription.
  • Promo codes have an expiration date and must be redeemed prior to expiration.
  • Every promo code has an associated active duration.
  • Once a new promo code is entered the retired promo code has no redemption value.
  • Promo codes are issued to a recipient or a business entity. The recipient may not share this information with any third party.
  • A promo code may only be used once.
  • You will be directed to Customer Support after three failed attempts to enter a promo code.
