Imfuna was created out of two forensic engineers' interest in creating a tool to assist them in doing building inspections.

Imfuna specializes in streamlining workflows and increasing productivity for the building and real estate industries through mobile-to-web applications. Imfuna's platform of applications, including Imfuna Rent Pro and Imfuna Let, has redefined how the commercial real estate industry inventories property via mobile devices and the Internet.

Imfuna was founded in 2009 by Jax Kneppers and Alan Corkhill, two world-class forensic engineers. They knew they were onto something when they created a mobile app for building inspections that increased their site visit efficiency upwards of 70 percent. What they had was a game-changing technology platform for site inspections. Through Imfuna, they have developed a flexible platform to support multiple applications for collecting, storing, and sharing condition data about any physical asset, conveniently and accurately.

Imfuna’s product solutions are available in the U.S. and U.K., with new offerings on the horizon.
